SATF.INFO USER AGREEMENT

Personal agreement

By using and/or visiting SATF.INFO (including all content and/or functions of SATF.INFO), you agree to the SATF.INFO “terms of use”, “terms of uploading”, “Terms of content copyright” and “terms of registering”. If you for some reason disagree or refuse to follow these “terms” or guidelines, then we ask you not to use SATF.INFO. These terms apply to all users, members and visitors of SATF.INFO.

Terms of use

By visiting SATF.INFO, either as a member or as an unregistered visitor, you agree to the following guidelines:

SATF.INFO may contain links to third party websites not owned or used by SATF.INFO.

SATF.INFO holds no responsibility for such websites, and can not be held responsible for any

content, agreements or practices of any third party websites.

The staff members of SATF.INFO cannot be held responsible for any of the member content on SATF.INFO. If you find any disturbing or inappropriate content on SATF.INFO, please contact a staff member, and the issue will be dealt with accordingly.

C.

Comments and/or personal messages sent and written on SATF.INFO, are owned by the user of said comment and/or personal message. SATF.INFO can not be held responsible for the content of a comment and/or personal message.

D.

SATF.INFO can not be held responsible for any conflicts created by the content of SATF.INFO.

If necessary, you may report users, flash movies, and/or comments and personal messages to a SATF.INFO staff member, and the issue will be dealt with accordingly.

Terms of registering.

When registering to SATF.INFO, the member automatically applies to a set of guidelines, that must be followed, If you disagree with these rules, we ask you to leave the website immediately.

By registering you automatically agree to “Terms of Use”, “Terms of Uploading”, “Terms of registering” and “Terms of content copyright”.

B.

Your user name may not include offensive statements and/or words and/or letters. Please refer to “Terms of Uploading”.

Terms of uploading

By uploading content to SATF.INFO, you automatically agree to “Terms of Use”, “Terms of Uploading”, “Terms of registering” and “Terms of content copyright”.

By uploading content to SATF.INFO as a member or an administrator, you agree to the following guidelines:

All flash and comments are owned by the user - SATF.INFO does NOT take ANY responsibility for any illegal content that may be offensive and/or violating any laws. If you find SATF.INFO content that may be considered offensive and/or illegal, please report this to our email address info@satf.info, and the issue will be dealt with accordingly.

B.

You may not upload any illegal content. If you do upload illegal content you will be contacted, and/or warned and/or banned, if deemed necessary. Illegal content includes offensive content (Be it racism, ethnic, religious, pornographic, obscene and so on), commercial content or illegal by law (according to Swedish law). SATF.INFO takes no responsibility for ANY material that was not uploaded by the staff members of SATF.INFO.

C.

As a member, you have the possibility to write comments and send personal messages. Remember to read “Terms of use”, part C. They apply to all members of SATF.NET.

Terms of legal content

Copyrighted material may be uploaded to SATF.INFO, without the approval or knowledge of SATF.INFO staff members. By uploading copyrighted material to SATF.INFO, you agree to the following guidelines:

The creator of the uploaded material should, if possible, always be credited in the flash movie description.

B.

If material is discovered by the creator and uncredited, please contact a SATF.INFO staff member and the issue will be dealt with accordingly.

C.

If you discover copyright protected material on the homepage, please contact a SATF.INFO staff member with valid proof, and the issue will be dealt with accordingly (Removed if required and/or requested).
